Forest Folk Song and Ale, nr Wickham

Forest Folk is holding its first Song & Ale from Friday evening on 24 June through to Sunday afternoon on 26 June 2005 at North Boarhunt Social Club, Trampers Lane, North Boarhunt, near Wickham.

Camping is available just a little further down Trampers Lane from the hall, there is plenty of space available, the campsite is flat and suitable for tents, caravans and motorhomes, and has a water tap, toilets and electricity.

There will be a charge of £6 per pitch for camping.

Sessions are free with a jug collection. We will start at 7.30 pm on the Friday evening with a welcome and singaround in the bar. We then have a programme of singarounds and musicians' sessions continuing through the weekend, held either in the hall or the bar - or both!

Breakfasts, snacks, supper available (at extra cost) but must pre-booked.

We hope you will come along and enjoy the weekend or part of it - everyone is welcome, singers, musicians, storytellers, local performers or perhaps you'd just like to come along for a relaxing weekend and let others entertain you.
