
The above picture shows the studio where John takes his pictures, the picture shows the Wild West scene but the curtain can easily be drawn for the Victorian scene, to the left are several of the easy dress clothes he uses and on the right (not shown) is a small changing cubicle 3ft square and secure boxes for his camera, this end of the room contains the computer, printer, cash till and display area.
Minimum Sized Room
The minimum size of shop/room required is 3 metres x 4 metres, we will advise about layout or for an extra fee completely design and make your room space into the themed Photo Flashback studio. You could even design a travelling caravan with the system to allow participation at Showgrounds etc.
What is involved once the Photo Flashback studio is ready
1. Find out what the customers require (What Theme)
2. Pick the appropriate easy fit clothes for each person, prices are based on two people with additional costs per extra person.
3. Arrange the pose
4. Take the photograph with the top class digital camera provided
5. Show the customers on a screen their picture
6. Print out the picture using the Photo Flashback almost insant software
7. Frame or laminate the picture and print out any other copies or other products from the picture
8. Take their money, on average you will make well over £10 profit for about 10 minutes enjoyable work.
Note the franchisee chooses the costumes and arranges the pose ensuring as little time as possible is spent at this stage.
What qualifications do you need to become a Photo Flashback franchisee
You need no formal qualifications, ideally a Photo Flashback franchisee will be
1. Reasonable at taking photographs
2. Be able to arrange the pose to look good
3. Have a basic knowledge of computers and printers
4. Like dealing with the public
Items 1 to 3 are not essential as we will train any franchisee, item 4 is essential unless the franchisee is to employ staff.
Products
The main products are framed pictures any standard size up to A3, addition products include Magazine Covers, Wanted Posters, Passport Photographs, Coasters, Glass paperweights, Key Rings and Pens.

Where?
John Chambers at present has an outlet on top on the Great Orme (a small cliff) at the end of Llandudno and another on the Pier. Photo Flashback is suitable for anywhere where there are potential customers and is ideally suited to any theme which would suit the area or place where the franchise is suituated. i.e. Theme Parks, Forest Parks, Seaside, Historic Sites, Museums, Local Places of Interest, Mock Battles, etc.
